To measure your dog’s neck for a collar you can either measure the existing collar from both ends. Or measure the dog’s neck about half way between the head and shoulder. Please email us with the measurement in centimetres along with your dogs breed to help me know how wide to make the collar.

If you spot a lead you like but would like it longer or shorter just send us an email via the contact page before placing your order. Or if you would like something more bespoke just send an email outlining what you would like to have made via the contact page. I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible for new ideas and item changes.

If you have an idea but can’t see an option please email through the contact me page. Outline what you would like and we can work together to create your idea.

Each item can take between a week and 4 weeks to make depending on what you have ordered. I aim to get all items out as quickly and possible and on average it takes up to 2 weeks. Every item is made to order. If you require a bespoke item quickly please let me know before you order so I can let you know if it will be possible.

Returns Policy

If you find your product is faulty please contact us as soon as you can so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. Upon request of a return you must state why you wish to return the product and if faulty you will be requested to send photos. This will help decide whether the product needs to be returned or just replaced. If it needs to be returned you will be responsible for postage to return.

If you find you have ordered the wrong product or decide you do not want the product you will need to request a return stating why and will be responsible for the postage to send back. A refund of the product will be given once the product has been received and checked.

With bespoke products we try and involve you as much as we can within the design process to make sure the product is what you want. If however there is an issue you will need to contact me stating what the problem is and we can work out how to resolve the issue. If it needs to be returned you will be responsible for postage to return.

There are so many options and everyone will have an idea of what they want but to help here are some general pointers to help you decide:

Daily lead- This is good for everyday walking and has one point of contact to the dog.

Training lead- This lead has multiple uses including 2 points of contact with the dog great for harnesses. Or it can be let out for hands free walking and let out further for a long lead.

Long lines- These are great for giving your dog freedom while having some control. I recommend some practice before use on the dog. Also great for trailing and tracking.

Puppy lines- These are perfect for round the house the length and Biothane help prevent it catching on furniture.
